Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or violate applicable laws. Prohibited activities include attempting to access other users’ data, reverse engineering, or abusive behavior.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. Pyntra and its licensors own the Service, including software, design, and brand assets. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.
AI-generated content
Outputs generated by AI may be imperfect or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing all content before sharing or relying on it.
Data processing & privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pyntra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
