Last updated: March 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WHUT.AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use Pyntra ("Service") at pyntra.ai. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We are committed to transparency. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@pyntra.ai.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (securely hashed). If you update your profile, we store any additional information you provide.

1.2 Content You Create & Upload

  • Presentations — slide content, layouts, and metadata.
  • Brand kit assets — logos, color palettes, fonts you configure.
  • Uploaded images — photos, graphics, and reference files.
  • AI prompts & chat history — your instructions and conversations with the AI assistant.

1.3 Usage & Device Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Pages visited, features used, time spent, and interactions within the Service.
  • Referring URLs and search terms that led you to us.

1.4 Payment Information

When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details (credit card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. We receive only a transaction identifier, last four digits, and billing status from Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the Service — create presentations, process AI requests, store your content.
  • Process payments — manage subscriptions and billing through Stripe.
  • Improve & develop features — analyze usage patterns in aggregate to make the product better.
  • Communicate with you — send transactional emails (confirmations, password resets), product updates, and support responses.
  • Security & fraud prevention — detect and prevent abuse, unauthorized access, and spam.
  • Legal compliance — fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms.

3. AI Data Processing — How Your Content Interacts with AI

This section is important. Here's exactly what happens with your data when you use Pyntra's AI features:

What we send to AI.When you use AI features (generating slides, editing content via chat), your prompts and relevant presentation context are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses.

What Anthropic does with your data. Under our commercial API agreement with Anthropic, your inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic's models. Anthropic may temporarily process and log requests for safety monitoring and abuse prevention, in accordance with their privacy policy.

We do not train models on your content. Pyntra does not use your private presentation content, prompts, or uploaded files to train any AI models. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data (e.g., feature usage patterns, error rates) to improve the Service.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
